Food for the soul

Forgive Me! Please! Thank You! I Love You!

The HO'OPONOPONO method is a practice through which I restore balance within myself. I also perceive it as a mini-prayer to the Divine/Universe; intuitively, I practised it in the evenings before going to sleep, without knowing it had a name and that it could become a ritual for living well alongside others and with ourselves.

The expressions “Forgive me”, “Please forgive me / I'm sorry”, “Thank you” are verbal tokens of good manners and should be part of everyday vocabulary. These are crowned by the supreme “I love you” — spoken as a term of endearment and verbal confirmation of love between partners — which, according to this practice, must also be spoken in the relationship of self/other — people, and self/self!

So, dear reader, I will not prolong the discussion; I retreat for further reading, as the sources are many and vast.

Forgive me if I have expressed something inappropriate! Thank you for being here, by my side! I love you simply! (YOU are the reason this website exists). Out of and with love for you (dear person) I have created everything that exists here!
